Who am I?

I collect information about you solely through your application for accommodation. The specific information I collect includes:- Prospective Tenants and/or Guarantors: Names, email addresses, dates of birth, current and previous addresses, relationship to other prospective tenants, employment status, and the name of the university or college where you are studying (if applicable).
- Tenants: Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, current and previous addresses, marital status, National Insurance Numbers, nationality, next of kin, and the name of the university or college where you are studying (if applicable).
- Guarantors: Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, current and previous addresses, marital status, National Insurance Numbers, nationality, and next of kin (if applicable).
- Property Details: Address, term, rent, deposit, utility, and service responsibilities.
- Employment Information: Employment status of tenants and/or guarantors, including employer/accountant contact details, payroll numbers, length of employment, salary information, and any other income received.
- Bank Details: Bank account details of tenants and prospective tenants, including account numbers and sort codes.
- Welfare Benefits: Information about any welfare benefits that you may be eligible for or are currently receiving.
Why I Need This Information and How It Will Be Used
I need your information and will use it for the following purposes:- To fulfill our obligations and duties to you according to our contract.
- To provide you with the services and information you have requested.
- To assist you in managing your tenancy.
- To conduct due diligence on prospective tenants and/or guarantors, including checking for money judgments or any history of bankruptcy or insolvency.
- To analyze the information we collect to administer, support, and improve our business and services.
- To contact you regarding changes to our suppliers that may affect you.
- For all other purposes consistent with the proper performance of our operations and business.
Sharing of Your Information
The information you provide will be treated as confidential. I do not share your information with third parties except for the use of DocuSign for the purpose of obtaining signatures on necessary documents. Unless required to do so by law, I will not share, sell, or distribute any of the information you provide without your consent.Transfers Outside the UK and Europe
